I have been asked a few times 1. “is detoxing safe while breastfeeding”? 2. “Can I detox my toddler”? I have researched and studied for years regarding these kind of questions so when I get asked, I have the information someone needs to answer their question and help along their journey.

While detoxing isn’t new and “newly” discovered it is however NEW to many many people. With people waking up to the heavy metals, harmful chemicals and toxins in our everyday lives, they’re realizing doctors have lied. Lied about the cause of illness & diseases, lied about health issues like asthma, ADHD, lymes, autism, e.coli, yeast, etc. Because the truth is, its the toxins, the poisons, the KNOWN carcinogens in food, vaccines, household and personal products, multifield cancer cells added to products and gut health being the “core” of our body health. We need to take back our health. WE need to stop putting our health and lives of our CHILDREN in the hands of corruption, big pharma and the government who profit from sickness.
Yes, you can safely detox while nursing or pregnant.
Not all detoxing is the same, some are fasting, some are with herbal tinctures, or specific diets and exercise. It’s simply knowing WHAT you want to detox from and take the CORRECT supplements & steps to do so.
Foods to consume while detoxing as to not add in more toxins and create more parasites.
~Organic/pasture-raised chicken and turkey
~Grass fed beef, bison and lamb which contain every vital vitamin, mineral and nutrient our bodies need to thrive.
~Wild caught cold water fish like salmon, halibut and mackerel
~Wild game like venison, elk, ostrich and rabbit
~Pasture, free roaming eggs which contain vit B12, vit b2, vit D, Folate, Iodine, Selenium, Iron.
~Raw milk
~Grass fed butter
~Organic coconut oil, beef tallow, ghee for cooking and spreading on cooked vegetables
~Organic fresh fruits and vegetables, preferably those in season and grown locally
~Organic gluten free whole grains and products made from those grains – bread, crackers, tortillas (a variety of healthful, minimally processed products like these can be found in your health food store) Or make them yourself = healthier for you!
~Probiotic drinks like InnerEco fermented young coconut kefir, found at most health food stores; also kombucha (homemade or store bought) and Doctor D’s sparkling probiotic drinks are amazing.
~Sauerkraut is an amazing pre and probiotic which helps the gut microbiome.
~Spring or filtered water, herbal tea, fresh pressed juices (water supports all vital processes in the body, especially digestion and detoxification)
