Refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

2. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

3. If you are returning items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing Products

If you have not received your package and the tracking is still in transit or waiting to be shipped, you will need to contact the shipping carrier for updates. Once the package has shipped and in hands of the carrier, it is not OrganicrootsCO responsibility.

If after 30 days of your package still not delivered by the carrier and tracking is still “in transit” please reach out for a new package or refund.

If the package is still physically with Organicrootsco and has not been shipped by our 5-7 business day promise, Please email organicrootsco@gmail.com

Sale Items

Sale items are final, they cannot be refunded or replaced.

Replacements

We only replace items if they are damaged when in transit with the shipping carrier (pictures of proof must be sent to organicrootsco@gmail.com) We only exchange it for the same item or full refund minus shipping if you no longer want the product.

Damaged items do not need to be shipped back.
